In attempting to build categories and descriptions of God, we experience the awe, intrigue, frustration, and hope of knowing his immeasurable glory. He is both totally other than us, yet chooses to be near and make himself accessible. As we wrestle with the Glory of God, we take up the invitation to know God on his terms as we prepare to celebrate and marvel at his power and sacrifice in Jesus’s death and resurrection.
