Accept One Another (Romans 15:7, Luke 7:41-47)
From Series: "Koinonia: Love Lived in Community"
While there is a deep longing in every human heart for relationship, trust, and fellowship, these don’t often come easily. God created us for relationship with himself and built into our design a void – a space where we are to be in active and authentic communion with him and others. This summer, we will pay attention to the “One Another” commands throughout the New Testament that give us a blueprint for filling this void according to our design and according to God’s Word. We will look for attitudes, commitments, and actions that we can embody to live out Christ-like love in our community and, by the power of the Spirit, demonstrate a better way to our isolated, lonely world.
